Redheadheater.com had developed the following policy and procedures for shipping of all new orders as well as replacement product. For our Redhead^® heater customers

We commit that..

• All pricing will include UPS surface shipping to any US locations.

• All orders received  will be shipped within 5 working days.

• All orders shipped will have confirmations and tracking number faxed or emailed (where possible).

• All replacement heaters will be shipped the same as new orders, and with no shipping charge.
