Redheadheater.com believes its Redhead® heater customers should receive the same prompt response
if a problem is encountered with a heater as the prompt service they received
when they purchased their heater initially.
To that end, the following policy is in place to ensure that the goal of
prompt and responsible warranty service will be provided:
We
pledge:

That
we will promptly endeavor to resolve any customer service issues on the
first attempt.

That
should we not be able to resolve a problem with an installed heater on the
first attempt, the customer may request a replacement heater.

That
the customers request for a replacement heater will be honored at all
times during the warranty period, cheerfully and promptly.

That,
whenever possible, we will send any replacement heater to the customer
within 5 working days.

That
we will pay for the shipping charges to the customer for a replacement
heater.

That
we will pay for the shipping charges back to us for any heater replaced
under warranty.

That
we will honor all terms of our One Year Limited Warranty at all times.
