Your bathtub manufacturer may have already installed a Redhead^® heater on your hydromassage bathtub, or in many cases, may have made provisions for the retrofit installation of a Redhead heater by installing a Heater Reddy™ fitting in the plumbing system of your bathtub.  In some instances, such as retrofit installations on older model jetted tubs, no Heater Reddy fitting will be present.  While a Heater Reddy fitting allows the Redhead heater to be installed without any gluing of the fittings, installation of a Redhead heater is a simple matter in any case.

If the bright red Heater Reddy fitting is present in your hydrotherapy bathtub piping, you will need to identify the fitting type to guide you in obtaining the correct model heater that matches the fitting.  Heater Reddy fittings come in two types, Tee Style and Flow Through Style.
