Many  leading Hydromassage bathtub manufacturers install a patent pending Heater Reddy™ fitting in their jetted tubs to facilitate the installation of the Redhead heater that matches the Heater Reddy fittings physical dimensions.  As many manufacturers have different requirements, the Redhead heater is available in a variety of configurations as well.  Selection of the right configuration for your hydromassage bathtub is a simple but necessary procedure and is explained below.

HEATER SELECTION – Bathtubs NOT equipped with a Heater Reddy™ fitting.

If your Hydromassage bathtub does not have a Heater Reddy fitting installed by the manufacturer, it is necessary to first view our Products page to see whether your bathtub is better suited to accommodate a Tee Style heater or a Flow Through style heater.  Tubs marked as not suitable for a heater cannot have a heater installed in the piping.
