provides its Customer
Care Center to assist you with any question you
may have. All Redhead® heater customers can avail themselves of
this service, regardless of where their Redhead heater was
obtained. We can
assist you by answering any questions you may have regarding
installation or operation of your Redhead heater, as well as
obtaining a warranty replacement heater for you should the need
arise.
If
you encounter installation difficulties, or have a question
regarding the operation of your heater, you should contact us by
Toll Free phone, Toll Free Fax, or by Email as shown on the Customer
Care web page.
Should you have difficulty in any area, we suggest that you
not waste your time trying to resolve any issue yourself, but
rather contact us and let us help you.
If,
after contacting us it is determined that we need to provide you
with a Warranty replacement heater, here is all you need to do:
How To Obtain A Warranty Replacement
Heater
The
Original Purchaser (customer) should contact the Redhead Heater Customer
Support Center and
request a replacement heater if the issue involved cannot be
resolved immediately. A
replacement heater will be sent to the customer via overnight UPS
(USA) or DHL (Canada) delivery, freight Prepaid. (Some
areas may not be served by overnight services, and in those
instances, the soonest delivery service method shall be used)
The
customer must provide a valid credit card number at the time the
replacement heater is ordered, and the credit card will be charged
the current published Redhead Heater price in effect as of that
date. Along with the
heater, a Prepaid Return Material Authorization (RMA) will be
included with the shipment. The
customer must return the defective heater (with original product
label attached) and the RMA form to Redheadheater.com within ninety
(90) days from the date the replacement heater was shipped.
Heaters received after ninety (90) days will not be
credited, nor will heaters received without RMA authorization or
heaters received with the heater product label missing or
mutilated.
The customers credit card will not be charged until the heater is
shipped.
Upon
receipt of the defective heater, Aquatemp will credit the
customers credit card for the full purchase price of the
replacement heater, less a $25.00 service charge.
The service charge will be waived and a full refund of the
total replacement heater purchase price will be made if the heater
failure takes place within 120 days from the date of manufacture
of the original heater, as indicated on the heater product label.
